Our Sites contain information regarding our sessions and various related services. Use of our products, software, services, and Sites (collectively referred to as the “Services”) by visitors and members (referred to as “You” or “Your”) is subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”), which form a binding agreement between You and us. Please review the following carefully. Each time You access the Sites or use the Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If You do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, You must cease access to the Sites and Services immediately.

We are not responsible for any damages related to third-party merchant interactions, viruses, or data loss resulting from use of the Sites. While we take reasonable steps to maintain the accuracy and availability of the Sites, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the information is free of errors.

Sessions and Pricing

Session prices include preparation, facilitation, and integration services. You are paying for the guides’ time, not the cost of mushrooms or truffles. Tea may be offered at the guide’s discretion. The purchase or provision of controlled substances is not part of the transaction. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding substance use in Your jurisdiction.

Privacy and Security

All sessions are conducted on private land with secure facilities. We work with trusted individuals dedicated to Your safety, health, and well-being. A guide will be present at all times during the session to ensure comfort and safety.

Attendee Conduct and Medical Information

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not comply with registration procedures or behavioral expectations during the session. Attendees must:

• Refrain from defamation, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Respect the privacy and rules of Essentia and other participants.
• Remove any inappropriate social media posts or content upon request.

We also require all guests to submit a medical screening form at least 2 weeks prior to their session. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without a refund.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, download, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Sites or our sessions, except for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our express authorization. All photography and video footage captured by our staff during sessions remain the property of Essentia.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

If You are unable to attend a session, we will offer an alternative date or refund deposits if canceled 30 days prior. We advise You to purchase travel insurance in case of disruptions. In case of cancellation by Essentia, we will refund session fees but are not responsible for additional expenses such as travel or accommodation costs.

Acknowledgment of Risk and Assumption of Responsibility

Participation in our sessions requires consultation with a medical professional. You assume responsibility for ensuring Your physical and mental fitness to participate. By booking a session, You waive any claims of liability against Essentia for injuries or adverse effects resulting from participation.

Complaints

If You encounter an issue during Your session, notify us immediately to resolve it. If unresolved, submit Your complaint in writing within 28 days, including relevant details such as Your booking reference.

Amendments

Essentia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. Updates will be posted on the Sites, and continued use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
